Our experienced team is prepared to handle small to high volume orders with tough metals, varying tolerances and even difficult geometrical shapes. We can work from samples, detailed drawings, or exact models.
We have experience with a wide variety of metals from carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel to tool steel. Whatever the metal, DINSER has you covered . We have the right tools for the job and over 20 years of experience using them. Need something heat treated? No problem. We work with several heat treat companies to meet the needs of our customers. We can also finish machine or grind critical features after heat treating if needed. It is heat treated and then ceramic turned after hardening to precise tolerances. Additionally, we work with various vendors to provide any finish requirements necessary such as painting, black oxide, nickel plating and many more.
